Easy buying experience, too bad they sold me a lemon
The process was easy however the car was late for pickup because it failed inspection. Then after I picked it up, the car has accumulated 3 and counting shop visits with a bad coolant, valve cover, spark plugs, turbo booster, coils, and traction control, and the list continues to build. Ive had the car for 1 month, both Silver rock warranty and the repair shops are constantly giving me the run around. This has turned out to be the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The car is currently undrivable, lacks engine power, and is smoking heavily. Carvana now wants me to pay them $8k to give it back. I wish I never bought from them and encourage others to look elsewhere.

It was a good experience as far as the weather had to do with it.
The vehicle we received a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica is in real good shape. Low miles 40,000 in total but had a few things that were overlooked during pickup. Passenger side mirror is loose and wobbly and needs to be replaced. And in the hatch underneath some floor mats was a big chunk of the carpet missing. Two carvana's credit they are doing their best for us to go ahead and get those things repaired through their silver bullet warranty company. We were slightly disappointed when we went to pick up the van, it was not in the vending machine. The person there said that the van was too long to fit inside the vending machine. I was confused by this considering the fact that I have some close friends who picked up the exact same model van from carvana's vending machine and they were able to get that experience with the car being distributed from said vending machine. We were hyping it up to our four-year-old daughter to put the coin in the slot so she can watch the vehicle come down. All in all, the online shopping and picking of the vehicle that we want was pretty hassle free. All of my information was already transferred from credit karma and there was little to no hassle with finalizing the purchase. Due to the vending machine mishap and a few things that I need to go ahead and get repaired I can go ahead and leave a four-star rating instead of five. We ended up picking up our van a week past the date we were supposed to, do to a big winter storm on the day of pickup. They closed early that day for the safety of the employees to get home. They rescheduled us for the following business day but again had to go ahead and cancel and reschedule for the next Friday due to them being overbooked for the week and losing power for that saturday. The weather and power were out of their control and is understandable for the situation.

Worst car buying experience by far
The process is allowed to be simple because they simply do not care to sell vehicles in the condition stated. Impossible to get a hold of anyone other then base level customer service. Strongly do not recommend

It was an okay experience
I received the car, and it had damage that wasn't reported; luckily they were able to cover most of it however, I was stuck paying $500 out of pocket for a damaged windshield because they didn't cover it. The interest rates were a bit on the high side, and the car that arrived late were my other two complaints.

It was an okay experience
The entire process was fairly easy. As advertised, everything is done online. The main problem I ran into was that the Carvana Richmond location was extremely short staffed, therefore all of my appointments ran over 1 hour and 30 minutes. The first car I initially purchased was a 2014 Ford Explorer. The dashboard screen did not work, the under carriage was rusted, and then the back up camera stopped working. Because of all of this, I traded it back in and picked up a 2018 VW Atlas. As soon as I got into the Atlas, I could tell the brake pads were worn down but at that point there was no one to help me because they were short staffed. I took it off the lot and had it for a few days, still hearing the grinding sounds whenever I hit the brakes. I ended up swapping that out for a 2016 Mazda CX9 and decided to keep it. The power mirrors do not work which I have yet to address with an auto shop. I just think it's crazy how Carvana sells these cars without having someone thoroughly checking over them before pick up. There is no reason why THREE cars I picked up all had some sort of issues.

Worst Experience Ever
My husband and I have purchased two cars with this company before, but this time has been the worst experience I have ever had. I scheduled to pickup my vehicle from the Memphis Tennessee location and within an hour to go to get to the Carvana hub, after already driving two hours to get there I get a call from a representative from that location stating my vehicle had not made it to the hub yet and he could not give me a time frame of when it would arrive. The representative was very rude and was not sincere about the situation at all. I had to reschedule to get my vehicle delivered, which was very frustrating and inconvenient for me. Once I finally received the suv it was VERY dirty in the inside and I had to pay to get it detailed. I will never buy from this company again.
